== Summary ==
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain. It can be used therapeutically or as a mechanism for torture and harassment.

Therapeutically is used in the treatment of certain neurological and psychiatric conditions, such as depression, anxiety, and chronic pain. 

But it can also be used to induce pain, discomfort, disrupt cognitive/motor functions, induce psychological distress, modify behavior, disrupt sleep, induce unconsciousness or long-term neural damage.
