Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD)
Summary
Voice to Skull, V2K, Voice of God, Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD) or the Microwave Auditory Effect is sending audio (such voice, music or other sounds) directly in to a person's head bypassing the ears using modulated radio frequencies or microwave frequency to stimulate the ear canal or the auditory cortex region of the brain responsible for processing sound. These microwaves are directed to a single recipient allowing only the recipient to hear the audio.
A 1989 Patent - US4877027A Hearing Device describes:
...a hearing system for human beings in which high frequency electromagnetic energy is projected through the air to the head of a human being and the electromagnetic energy is modulated to create signals that can be discerned by the human being regardless of the hearing ability of the person.
Technical Information
The process involved for producing V2K can be varied. The following is based on the 1989 patent mentioned in the summary.
Sound is induced in the head of a person by radiating the head with microwaves in the range of 100 mega hertz to 10,000 megahertz that are modulated with a particular waveform. The waveform consists of frequency modulated bursts. Each burst is made up of ten to twenty uniformly spaced pulses grouped tightly together. The burst width is between 500 nanoseconds and 100 microseconds. The pulse width is in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond. The bursts are frequency modulated by the audio input to create the sensation of hearing in the person whose head is irradiated.
History
The Radio Frequency (“RF”) Hearing Effect was first noticed during World War II as a subjective “click” produced by a pulsed radar signal when the transmitted power is above a “threshold” level.
Allan H. Frey was the first American to publish on the Microwave Auditory Effect as far back as 1961. A list of other patents can be found relating to this the technology.

Hidden from public
The phenomenon of V2K is a one that has been deliberately hidden from the public by the establishment. Even Google appear to ignore the very documented fact that voices can be sent into a person's head through V2K Technology.
The reason for hiding such as phenomenon becomes apparent when you consider the applications for such a tool.
Warfare
In a 2020 Forbes article it makes a mention of Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD) which is explained as:
...The other, called the Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD), directs intense sound in a narrow cone. The sound is so clear and so powerful that it was nicknamed “the voice of God.” ....1

Synthetic Schizophrenia
To drive a target to suicide, or discredit them by making them appear insane. The policy for those in mental health is to immediately diagnose the target with Psychosis or Schizophrenia. Why is it that those professionals in this field are not informed of this technology that has been around since before the 1980's??
The reason is clear. This is an invaluable tool for intelligence agencies such as CIA, FBI and NSA who wish to disrupt a target and is particularly effective when combined with other technologies such as Remote Neural Monitoring that allows the holder of such a device to hear the persons thoughts then respond to them inside their heads! Full conversations can be had between the handler and the target without the target having to say a word!
Hypnotherapy, Subliminal Programming and Brainwashing
In addition to discrediting or making people look crazy, V2K can also be used for Hypnotherapy, Subliminal Programming or Brainwashing.
