Czebotar herself was selected at the age of four to be trained as the successor to the reigning Queen Mother of Darkness. This selection process is described as highly ritualised and spiritually charged, with the identity of a successor determined through occult discernment rather than conventional appointment.

The succession ritual is described as taking place at Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria, Germany — a location that carries significant symbolic weight both for its fairy-tale associations and its historical connections to Bavarian esoteric culture. The ritual involves the formal transfer of spiritual authority and demonic attachment from the outgoing Queen to her designated successor.

An important feature of Illuminati social structure described in the book is the use of ritual names rather than real names between members.
