Between the 4th and the 8th I slept well will little interruption..

I think this is onto something. As the story goes the excellent YouTuber [@LookoutfaCharlie] identified that the audio being sent to people was not Radio but Acoustic! This is confirmed by the ability to pick up the voices being sent to a target through use of a quality microphone.

But it is most likely that the microphone was actually picking up the audio of a piezoelectric device inside the ear canal that is activated with Radio Frequency that is converted into a voice.

Questions - Why does the voice get louder under certain conditions such as:

   1. Mobile Phone is near by? - Amplification of the radio freq (or charging of the tech resulting in stronger signal)
   3. Android TV is on - As Above
   2. Playing Youtube? - Ultra low Acoustic Waves provide power source for tech....?

It is facilitated through the use of most likely piezoelectric amplification
